Things have been slow here - to say the least!
Most days over the last few weeks I have been getting up and finding the sofa and laying there watching daytime TV.I have had little energy and no inclination to do anything other than vegetate!
There have been a couple of days out with friends and family and a foray to do the shopping but on the whole that has been the routine. Milly has been an angel and for the first few days when I was too tired to move she conquered her fear of the oven to make me potato waffles with grated cheese for my lunch - bless her :-)
Alan has kept things going and looked after me, cooking meals , cleaning the house, doing the ironing, walked the dog and managed to fit in time to play with Milly.
It has been a combination of hormonal changes,M.E and then to cap it all a cough and a cold...My body was telling me something and - even though I didn't want to hear it - I listened and gave in...
Emily and I have just had a new treatment from Rezwana ( more on that later when I have more time ) the signs are good and wellness is around the corner :-)
Hope you and yours are all fit and well...

Being down can be so hard, I know. I hope you are on the mend and that you are full of energy soon.
BTW, I have been gluten free now for about 6 weeks and I definitely notice a change. About 2 weeks ago I started eating a 75% raw food diet and I am sensing big changes. I have NEVER eaten healthy and my body is loving it. We shall see how much it helps with all my pain, but so far, so good :-)
Thinking of you and sending positive vibes :-)
Thanks Jean <3
I have been following your journey into healthier eating with great interest :-) I have a reasonably healthy diet and make most meals from scratch.I have been thinking of cutting out gluten and getting back to making fresh juices etc.Not sure if I can do raw!! I do have a few books about it and did loads of research a couple of years ago....One step at a time - the first being to re- intruduce veg juices and smoothies :-) xxx
