Enjoyed your blogs about your visit to London. Always fascinating to see one's own city from the viewpoint of a visitor.

You have been to districts like Camden, that I haven't seen for 35 years!

Your insights about relationship with daughter are interesting to me, although my daughter is now 29, left home last week for a new job and life in Sussex. On the phone she admitted to missing our little chats but I was pleased to hear that my domestic advice had been taken. One of our successful days out was to Tate Britain when we saw the John Singer Sargent painting Carnation, Lily, Lily, Rose. It linked with our liking for Family from One End Street.
